Founder
David E. Cohen
David was born and raised in Panama City, in a family that's been part of the local Jewish community for generations. He studied at Yeshiva University, came back to Panama, and noticed that Jewish visitors kept running into the same problem — great country, hard to navigate as an observant traveler.
So he started running tours himself. He knows the restaurants, the shortcuts, the spots that don't show up on Google, and how to make a Shabbat landing work no matter when the flight gets in.
